The inspiration behind the name for my blog is very simple but not at the same time, because it truly speaks of my life with Christ.
I love nature, God speaks to me through nature and I can’t explain the feeling when you are just simply sitting outside listening to the leaves rustle and winds blow, or watching the waves of the ocean flow in and out. Over the past few years, I have fallen in love with the ocean. It has so much depth and beauty it reminds me of God. There is still so much that we don’t know about the ocean; with God it is similar. He is so complicated yet simple, we will never know all there is to know about Him because He is endless.
Although I am not where I should be in life, I’ve fallen and gotten back up many times and I know I’ve strayed away from God a lot. The one thing that has been constant in my life throughout all the years of my life is God and His grace for me. Ever since I was a child, I’ve heard stories and experienced situations where I would have been dead but God’s grace has shielded me all the days of my life. His grace is like an ocean. Constant. Beautiful. Eternal.
